- In a large salad bowl add mixed greens.
- Top with red and yellow tomatoes, purple and orange carrots, blueberries, sliced almonds, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh dill sprigs.
- Drizzle salad dressing over salad. Toss to combine and serve.
Pomegranate Vinaigrette Instructions:
- In a mason jar or small bowl add pomegranate juice, extra virgin olive oil, dijon mustard, black pepper, and kosher salt. Shake or whisk to combine.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
