Holiday Cranberry Brie Bread
A must is my Holiday Cheese Bread with three ingredients. You can not go wrong with serving this to your guests. Plus any recipe with virtually no clean up is a great when you are hosting. You will notice that my units of measurements are ranges. This is due to not every loaf of bread being the exact same size. When you run out of room stuffing this bread it is done.
A special shoutout to my sister who suggested cutting the bread with who wooden spoons on each side of the bread. The wooden spoons act as cutting guides allowing you to cut down almost to the bottom every time.
Pro Tip: The bigger the loaf of bread, the more unstable it can be when cutting it. If you want to make this with a larger loaf I suggest using two loafs of the same size.
Ingredients:
1 round loaf of bread
6-8 oz dried Cranberries
12-14 oz Double Cream Brie, cubed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F/204°C. Use my sisters advice and place your loaf of bread on a cutting board and cut diagonally in one direction, then rotate the bread to cut diagonally in the opposite direction creating the X pattern. Transfer the bread to a baking sheet. Stuff bread with 1/4 of the cranberries and then 1/3 of the brie. The cranberries will be your last layer. Bake in over 20-35 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and serve. Cheers.
